  • Gather and summarize all client financial resources and obligations to provide a complete financial picture
  • Sort through client's current backlog of mail or other records.  
  • Identify and resolve any outstanding actions, then file or dispose of sorted mail as appropriate.
  • Establish processes for organization and filing of incoming mail, bills, medical records and insurance and other tax or financial documents

  • Set up automated electronic payment processes for regularly recurring bills.                                               
  • Pay non-recurring bills either electronically from client's online banking application or by manual check written for client signture. 
  • Track all payments in our financial software to facilitate montlhy review and oversight
  • Complete monthly account reconciliations to identify any unknown transactions, discrepancies or errors
  • Provide monthly reports to client, (account balances, spending trends, cash flow and detailed listing of bills paid).

  • Consult with client to determine  needs and goals
  • Review client's prior income and spending and identify any anticipated changes
  • Create a go-forward budget  and cash-flow forecast
  • Identify opportunities for debt reduction or increased savings
  • Review monthly spending versus new budget 
  • Make recommendations for spending adjustments

MANAGE DEBT

  • Review credit card statements 
  • Notify client of any unusual or possible fraudulent transactions
  • Assist with credit card company communication 
  • Create a plan for credit card debt reduction
  • Assist with loan maintenance
  • Identify opportunities for interest savings through a pre-payment plan

TRACK MEDICAL CLAIMS

  • Review medical bills and insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
  • Reconcile EOBs vs bills to ensure proper claim processing
  • Verify benefit or payment issues are resolved
  • Assist with setup of medical portals

  • Establish system for maintaining tax records
